All I gotta say if your humour boils down too "haha rape" then you might wanna reconcider you find funny. Note I dont mind dark humour, hell i find it hilarious just sometimes it's taken to far.

Right. If done right it's funny to people who lile dark humor, but then you get some people who do it JUST to make other people mad because they know it's in poor taste or wrong as fuck timing ( like I've seen someone send a barrage of rape jokes to a victim who said they PERSONALLY don't like them and claim " it's just my dark humor, man " )
