I know a guy that did that and ended up charged with public lewdness. Had he been convicted he would’ve had to register as a sex offender. His lawyer got it reduced to violation of sewer ordinance or some such thing and he had to pay a fine and his lawyer.

Obviously didn't hide behind a tree well enough.

There was a small amount of intoxication involved
