well to my understanding the japanese dont get nearly as butt bothered by stuff like this as americans do. different cultures and all that...tbh id much rather live in japan...not that im a pedo or anything i just prefer how they handle shit.

Kotoura-chan. Decent show if you can handle more sexual jokes. Main girl can read minds, gets bullied because she has very little social awareness about it. Heartwarming and such
