I think the kids should get to see the movie. Is no one bothered by the fact that he is giving his 2% of 1 penny?

The saying is "just my 2 cents" but he's probably implying the original statement was so ridiculous it wasn't worth even that

Just because a child has cancer or is likely to die soon doesn't mean they are emotionally ready to watch a film like Deadpool

Perhaps not, but being unlikely to live much longer grants certain privileges.

If they have to be emotionally prepared to go through the treatments testing and agony of a terminal disease I think they can handle a movie. They could use the escape from reality, however brief.

Also if they’re terminally ill and will die soon, they’ll never be “old enough” to watch it, sadly.

Even though he said the exact opposite in a video.. Talk about contradiction.

He was talking about bring your kids to see the movie, not bringing dying children to the set. As mentioned several times previously in this section, there is a big difference, especially since a lot of these kids won't live to 17.

Children that probably won't live to be adults. Get your negative self out of here.

Children that are trying to see a rated R fictional character. If you think they should be able to do whatever, because they're sickly kids, then might as well let them have sex, right? No, because that's twisted. I wouldn't let my kid see a movie that shows a penis or has a sexual theme. Ruin their purity before they leave this world.

Going to the set is probably better than letting them see the movie, since most of the parts that are inappropriate for them aren't real, and they can pick the mildest scenes for them to see. Also, I can't believe you're more worried about the shadow of a probably CG penis in a completely non-sexual scene than all the extremely graphic violence.

She's not worried about it. She wants something to whine about.
