This isn't official Disney. I don't know where it is, but it's nowhere on Disney property. The quality of the costume is street performer/children's party quality at best, Disney's are very high grade professional quality. Sorce: I've worked in the Disneyland Park costume department for many years. I think these were taken at an Expo or Convention of some kind.
