alcohol can give you cancer but its legal and directly kill you, weed helps cure cancer but it's still widely illegal (not saying alcohol should be illegal, natural selection)

It doesn’t cure cancer. One of the chemicals eases nausea caused by some chemo therapy treatments. It can be isolated in a lab and taken in pill form. Smoke particles from any substance is bad for your lungs.
