That's kind of a relief. Does make sense though cause 'back in the day' people would have heaps of kids (not only cause safe sex wasn't really a thing) but also because they expected most of their kids to die.

"Correlation does not imply causation" is a phrase used in statistics to emphasize that a correlation between two variables does not imply that one causes the other. At no point did he graph the correlation between better health and lower birth rate. Nor did he address the fact that in the early part of his graph low population was in fact due to infant mortality and disease. We are continuing towards too many people because more are born and are now healthier, than die.

@poisin_kat. Me too!! Don’t know what I was expecting when I heard him talk. But somethin about it surprised me an I can’t think of what it was either.
