I would be afraid going to a doctors office that didn't have any common sense.

Depends on the location, I know one of mine was connected to a hospital so the admin team often did details for both GP and ER/In house patients. Can’t blame them if they make a few mishaps, I’m sure they’re exhausted and have bigger things on their mind

What kind of doctors office needs a weeks notice for a cancellation? Mine are 24hr or you pay for the appointment. If you no-call no-show three times they drop you.

That means the workers knew the rule is nonsense but because of the management they need to do that and they just trying to be helpful
