Does anyone have a legitimate answer for how it’s even physically possible to have sextuplets? I just mean like...how does one human body support 6, in terms of space and nutrients...

Virtually all multiple births from 4 upwards are due to medical treatments. Regarding space & nutrients, they are incredibly tasking to the mother. Often, they're born prematurely, and it isn't unusual for, say, two of a set of seven to be to premature to survive.
