My school has technically banned yoga pants, it's in our student handbook, but no one enforces it.
They do for leggings for some odd reason, but not yoga pants.
At my school we can't wear anything 3 inches above the knee even if we are wearing legging or pants under them/it. Or anything sleeveless/ not t-shirt or longer, nothing that's low cut even if not showing boobs. Or flip-flops, heels
At my school we can't have anything three inches above the knees,we can wear flip flops or heels, low shirts are okay as long as your boobs aren't hanging out, yoga pants are okay, booty shorts aren't and we can't have holes in our pants above the knees unless there are tights underneath
We have shorts/skirts/dresses must be knee length. Any sleeveless tips must be as long as four fingers across your shoulder.
No holes in the jeans, which I understand if they're above the knee, but not below because we wear shorts and capris. Not really much of a difference.
No visible piercings except for ears(this also isn't enforced).
We used to have a rule against unusual, unnatural hair color and tattoos. But they gave up on that. Now we have girls and guys with hair the color of the rainbow. Like literally bright blue, purple, green, red, pink, you name it, someone had dyed their hair that color before.
No pajama pants or house shoes to school. This happens a lot too.
And that's all I can remember from our dress code
Oh i go to school in finland, i dont think theres anything thats banned when it comes to clothing.. tho no ones never come naked to school , i hope thats not legal
Our school dress and skirt can't be more than five centimeters above our knee.
Knee High Socks
The heels on the Leather Shoes we have to wear can not be more than 3cm.
Only natural hair colours
One piercing per ear
No visible tattoos
Shirt must be buttoned all the way to the top.
Collar must always be visible whilst wearing the school jacket and spray jacket.
There's more but if we fail to comply with the uniform policy it's straight away a detention.
I don't even go to a private school, I did for primary school but I go to a state high school. Our uniform is stricter than the local private!
One piercing per ear?! Shirts buttoned all the way?! No unnatural hair color? If my school had this code, only about three people would meet the requirements!!!
at my school you can't wear short shorts, yet people do and they don't get in trouble. if u wear shorts the perfect length they get u in trouble. plus there is a rule about no bandanas. it is only enforced if people of a specific race wear them
Damn, yogo pants are aloud, and technically shorts and skirts have to be fingertip length but unless your overweight they dont enforce it. But got forbid you wear a bandana to school (i do it anyway) we also arent aloud to walk around with our head phones on, technically we arent suppost to wear ripped jeans with rips above finger rip length even with leggins underneath, no PJs or slippers although heels and flip flops are aloud as are low cut shirts and hair dying, off the shoulder shirts arent aloud but no one cares so students weae them anyway, piercings are aloud as are tattoos, for whatever reason your not aloud to wear coats or heavy jackets in class and the coat thing as actually enforced. Thats all i can remember of my schools dress code. Oh but my ex friend, shes heavy set and she wore a dress (it was tight and looked like it was way to short on her but it was fingertip length) to school one day, she got sent to the office like five times. I wear a skirt that is a bit to short
I'm sorry guys but any time I see a girl in leggings or yoga pants like that, I automatically loose a level or respect for her. Every time, it never fails.
