<rant> First, being ashamed will help nobody. The will to change is a completely different thing, and your efficiency at changing is actually hindered by being ashamed of what you want to change. Second, why should slim and muscular people be free to roam half-naked, but fat people wear a T-shirt at all times? Not trying to be a SJW, but there shouldn't be stuff that you can or cannot do depending on your physical appearance. Either everyone can go shirt-free, or no one can. </rant>
