Australia, 'it is illegal to handle your phone in a vehicle regardless of what you're doing with it. This includes when the vehicle is stationary'.

Damn. It's a $250 fine here in Florida. That's crazy that you can't even be in park tho. So no Bluetooth? He'll I havnt owned a CD in years.

Yeah it's a little excessive but it's safety I guess. I mean I use my phone for music in the car (aux chord) and I haven't been fined haha. Honestly although the law states all that stuff I haven't actually seen anyone being pulled over or fined for anything other than calling/texting while driving.

Same, if I'm angry enough I try and get them to notice me so I can glare at them disapprovingly to make them uncomfortable haha
