They actually do though.. strokes, heart attacks, etc.

Yeah but this post makes it seem like it’s gonna be super common, whereas as far as I know most people don’t die in cars

I get that, but again, the “all the times” makes it sound like an everyday occurence

But the way it was used, even if it's three times, as long as they'll all arrive dead, it's still 'all the times'
