Allergic to excercise

its exercised induced athsma and my friend has it all you need is an inhaler

I think I'm allergic to exercise. As soon as I start, I'm out of breath, sweat, turn red, and get tired and/or dizzy. That's dangerous

I have exercise indouced Athsma it sucks because I love running

one of my friends has it. she was on my basketball team and she would always get hives everywhere and really hot and threw up every time she exercised for more then 30 minutes.
