I think that this is true to an extent.
You might feel pressured to enjoy the summer because it’s fleeting. It goes by so much faster than I ever expect. You might be pressured by your parents, your friends, to go out and do something. Feeling guilty for spending time inside when people want you to be out on the beach.
But I don’t think it’s awful. There’s always pressure, wherever you go. The pressure of summer is far better than the pressure of the school time, anyway, IMO. Grades, schoolwork, being forced to interact with people you really, really don’t want to see, the pressure parents put on you to do well...
