When I dislocated my shoulder I was 18. They didn't even tell me it was dislocated. This amazingly attractive nurse came in while the Doctor was looking it over. She leaned towards me and whispered "This is gonna hurt you more than it hurts me." And the Doctor reset it and she was gone.
