As a senior in my office (work in finance, not IT), I'm surprised that millennials at my department don't know that laptop hdd can be replaced and cloned to ssd. They even thought that is not possible and really amazed when I did it myself with my laptop.
Nobody hates millennials. We hate the idea that it's cool to walk around with your underpants showing. We hate that someone with a gender studies degree notches because she doesn't earn as much as someone with an engineering degree. We hate that someone complains about how huge his college loans are, but instead of going to affordable Sate U, he went to his dream private college to get the full college experience. We hate that someone can't talk to you without saying "like" every damn sentence, and can't resist looking down at the phone while you're trying to make a point that requires attention.
There are other ACTIONS we hate, and millennials do them more than other age groups, but we don't hate millennials themselves. When selecting a stripper for a lap dance or a hooker for xxxxxxx, a millennial would make a better choice than so one for the baby boomers or the greatest generation.
