Self feeding fire will keep you warm alll night loong

It must be the right kind of wood and conditions so that it maintains balance

its build in a hole or the steel rim so it limits the air, starving it so it only smolders. probably wouldn't work to well with pine because the sap would be accelerant only harder wood i would imagine. my smoke house works similar. i use wood chips on a hot plate as long as i limit the oxygen then no flame just smoke.
