Makes you wonder if it's legal

It is legal. I looked up about 2 or 3 years ago with my cousin because we were on the beach and just got curious as to if it was legal or not. Its legal for women to go around shirtless its just police are supposed to ask you to please put clothes (shirts) on and if you dont want to they cant really do anything about it.
