Latest peugeot technology!

So not a lot of people know that the end of the exhaust pipe is just aesthetics. Normally however they attach the pipe to the "fake Exhaust" so it would function as said exhaust, but to why they just left it like that leaves me clueless

I hate it when they do that. And it's not just Peugeot.
