*Facepalm* Lady, that's a baby. Fucking. Tiger. Most likely it's one of the programs when TRAINED people take in a baby zoo animal and have one of their own pets raise it, if the tiger wanted to kill the goddamned dog, it would be gone there would be no gnawing on it and playing with it, also if it was trying to bite it's neck, blood would be all over the place.
