You and whoever thinks/believes the government should do this are incredibly ignorant and unintelligent. There is a clear reason why things are classified, both in governance and in the corporate world. Just because you are to feeble minded to comprehend the reasoning behind such actions/restrictions does not mean that they are wrong. If all information was declassified, thousands upon hundreds of thousands of criminals and terrorists would remain at large causing harm and would inevitably place innocent people in danger. Or did you not think this through?
Well, duh. The thing is, not everything classified is due to that. There is a sizeable portion that is classified in order to protect careers and other selfish reasons.
