Well physiologically the biceps have almost nothing to do with a punch, and those are his biggest assets. His pec(toral)s, the main muscle used in a punch, are not the strongest looking either( I’m not saying I am better, I’m a twig ). Furthermore, he is likely mostly slow-twitch muscle, which is not great in a fight but great for chasing down prey. I guessed this as slow twitch muscle is larger than its fast twitch counterpart, and his biceps are massive. (sorry for the anatomy lesson).
It’s incredible how wrong one statement can be. You’re right about the bicep being unimportant, but punching power is delivered by rotation of the core through the hip, the tricep extension, shoulder and finally the pec.
