Idiots, Lily and James's deaths are a FIXED POINT IN TIME! Even trying to go back and fix it would rip a hole in the fabric of the universe!

But as soon as he heard the news of their death, he could have used the time turner and saved innocent lives and killed voldemort and the whole damn series would never have killed anyone
