Not really the windows are likely treated in a way similar to two way mirror. You can see out but no one can see in.

This is actually on a cruiseship (i know becouse my father owns a huge travel agency and sells trips with this ship) and it's on the corners in the back of the ship. It's just regular glas, no mirror function, but it's so high up you can't see.
