This isn't a bee. It is a fly that mimics a bee...aka a bee fly. Look them up, they are really quite neat!

There is a rule that can tell you how nice a bee is. The amount of fluff and the length of the legs is proportional to the nicety of the bee. Bumblebees are fat fluff balls that have very little legs and they are pretty cool little guys. Honeybees are right in the middle. Wasps, yellow jackets, and hornets are assholes because they have huge legs and no fluff.
