You have to keep a notepad document with what's on your playlist in order. Anytime you add something, add it to the bottom of the list. Use ctrl+f to find the removed video by looking up what is right before or after it.

You can also Google the video code (the random stuff that comes after "watch?v="); when the video's link is posted to other sites the name is preserved even if the video isn't.
