Yeah, it's not cool that she doesn't have front legs, but you're right! She's happy :) and we can be happy because of that. We're not being mean by laughing-we are sharing her joy :)

No, it's not sad. The dog grew up learning how to walk on two legs and is very obviously a happy animal. I understand that it's sad that the dog is missing legs but she is OBVIOUSLY not missing out on life. It's funny because the gif seems to animate exactly what the dog is thinking. Except the jazz hands, that's just plain funny. Hope I helped you understand.
