Losing weight is entirely based on calories in vs calories used. Healthy eating, while great, will not make you lose weight if it’s still the same amount. Exercise adds to calories used, and is a lot better than restricting diet, but that’s how it works. You can eat a McDonalds 10 piece chicken nugget meal everyday and follow it up with 6 packages of oatmeal and you would still lose physical weight.
