For anyone who hasn't been let me paint a picture. The entire street is crowded with homeless, locals, and tourists, most of whom are plastered. The entire street is covered in urine. It rains five days out of the year in so cal so it's a years worth of human urine baked into that concrete. And you see tourists laying down on the ground taking selfies with the stars.
