Same thing when I watch a horror movie - I don't believe in them before it starts, but my opinion changes completely once the credits roll, especially if it was 'based on a true story'...

Yeah, I'm scared as shit as soon as the movie starts and it says, "Based on a true story". I'm hella out of there. Like I think The Conjuring?
