Apparently it's just an Internet quote and it's not from tv or a book. It'd be a really good quote to use though!

My best friend did the same, one of us will start to go under from time to time, but the other always pulls us back up, and we don't let us get as deep.

You can't swim if there's weights on your wrists and ankles. Depression drags you down as well as drowns you. And there is never an escape. Even if you're "cured" , it's always, always there.
