What happends when I read a book

I'm pretty sure this happens every single time I read anything. Like anything.

And after a few hours of reading you realize that you're still on the same page.

I do this sometimes but usually I can concentrate pretty well

That happens to me everytime. EVERY!!!!!! 'Cmon Brain stop. And then I have to start over!!
