She's talking about how they boil the lobsters alive. They taste better that way and they cling on to anything they find to try and get out of the boiler. Poor things have no vocal cords so they can't cry for help.

That's no different from the cow in your hamburger or the chicken in your kfc. They all get killed before eaten usually very painfully as well. So your argument is invalid.
