Firstly, you gotta understand what you're mocking if you want the hits to land.
Secondly, regular Spider-Man is pretty libertarian, making his own webs and gear, operating outside the law (going so far as to target and disrupt those protected by it, or even turning a blind eye to crimes and criminals that hurt nobody), while still respecting that the state has legitimate purposes (in cooperating with the police he deems "good", and working with the Avengers when they are sanctioned and against them and other government sponsored Heroes if they get nutty).
Change my mind, I love talking Spider-Man. But good luck arguing he's authoritarian (the actual opposite of libertarian).
