It's also theorized that Frankie is another one of Madam Foster's imaginary friends. Madam Foster imagined Frankie to help people and make them happy because she was getting too old and wasn't able to do them herself. That's why Frankie and Madam Foster's clothing is similar... because Frankie is just Madam Foster when she was younger...
