Well. That really depends on the law or tax in question.

I for one would like a refund for the weapons I paid for that were left to the Taliban. Every M16, Drone, Attack helicopter, and so on.
And really, I don't see the need to ruin someone's life for having a drink at 20 or putting a stock on their pistol.
