As a former obese man, I always draw inspiration from overweight people working out. It's incredibly harder to run for 20 mins when you're 50lbs overweight than if you're a healthy weight. Keep going man, the end result is absolutely worth it!

Most gyms have trainers that will take you around and show you how to use all the machines and give tips and stuff.
