I know that people have their reasons to be vegetarian, but I still think that is definitely more healthy to have a well-balanced omnivore diet

Vegetarians take dietary supplements to replace what they don't get when they don't eat meat. I'm an omnivore though

and just cause she eats meat and ice cream doesn't mean that she doesn't eat salads and things, and excersise. btw, she isn't as skinny as she could be for a 51 year old.
