Charisma check failed

Umm.... isn't what the teller did a violation of privacy, undoubtedly against whatever policy the bank has in place, and possibly illegal?
At the very least, it's a scuzzy move. Besides, he may have resources that are not evident to the teller.

How much is the check he is depositing. I go inside to deposit the bigger checks instead of the easier ATM deposits.
