BECAUSE IT'S THICKER AND STICKS TO ITSELF SO IT DOESN'T SPLASH UP WHEN THEY FILM IT. ALSO, MILK NEEDS TO BE REGRIGERATED AND IT EVENTUALLY EXPIRES. PAINT DOESN'T. IT'S CHEAPER AND EASIER TO USE.
