Where is this guys medal?

I don't think it's hotdogs because of the little shower icon, but I have no idea if it is legs or fingers.

Pretty sure it's female legs, but at first I thought it was a close-up of someone washing their hands.

I think that's just the tip of the knee cap or some light reflection. If it were fingers, you'd see fingerprints and other skin wrinkles. These are shaved legs.
