You didn't know that ?We are also the murder capital of the world (according to our size ) our government spends 20 billion rand on the "president" his house his cars his flights his 12 wives and 22 children etc. People of coloured races told me that they would rather take the old apartheid government than this one, because they live in worst conditions now.

Unfortunately, "men" from the US like to joke about these things. And yet they don't realize that if they have a sister and she lived in Africa, she pretty much has a 50% chance of being raped. Or ignore that and imagine your mother. You mother has a 1 in 4 chance of being raped. By multiple men. A gang bang. Which they would preform in front of you and then murder you. That's not what it meant. You don't have to surgically remove it from the woman but from the man. She will be able to get away but the man has to go to the hospital if he wants his penis free.
