I think they should start looking into more efficient solar energy which doesn't run out and is much better for the environment.

Thats the main problem with Solar energy is it is incredibly inefficient. One of Obamas points when running for re-election was researching renewable energy for the future, so believe me they are definitely trying. Do you want to know the cleanest, safest, most efficient source of energy that produces steam as a by product? Nuclear power. But It kinda gets a bad rap, especially now. When things go bad THEY GO BAD.

Not to mention the documented cases of flammable water from household faucets due to nearby fracking, not good

The flammable water happens with fracking or not. It was happening decates before fracking in my home town. Please be more skeptic of your sources.

I don't know.. The disadvantages seem way more than the advantages... Maybe a little more research needs to be done before we can completely rely on Fracking

Fracking is very unreliable, as it poisons even more water etc.
