And J.R.R. Tolkien and John Green (though I believe he was already mentioned) and Madeleine L'Engle and the rest of my favorites. . . . I just hope I don't come across as some Pansy Parkinson type of girl or something.

"A young but tall girl, curvaceous for her age, with strait blonde hair reaching her hips and gem-blue eyes glittering like the ocean on a clear midsummer's day. Her laugh was like that of a fairy-tale princess-- delicate, carrying, melodious. Her gait was strong, assertive, and she made a point of never bending her back when talking to anyone. She was the very embodiment of to-the-point. Her face was youthful, but bore the signs of an abundance of knowledge. She was one being that was not to be tested."
