I hate to be *that* guy, but their collarbone are very visible, and I don't see that as very healthy....

The girls on the right and left have slightly unnatural collarbones, but the one is the middle looks to be a healthy weight for her build. Some collarbones are just more prominent (mine look like hers and I can assure you that I am a healthy weight).
