The actual judging system for gymnastics seems stupid

My friend used to do gymnastic competitions and she had braces but she wasn't allowed to have colours on them or else the judges would deduct points from her performance.

Yea what's that about? I was watching Stick it for the hot girls and this one girl got points deducted for a bra strap showing

Yeah and you can't have nail polish and even if it left a tinted color that you couldn't get off they still take off points
