It's a sign...that's there to tell you not to throw stones at the sign...So if the sign wasn't there, no one would be throwing stones at it...

Why even put the sign there

Some people actually had the stones to do it.. Yeeeaaaaaahhhhh

I find these signs to be a kind of social commentary :) Like how people love to rebel and how that at times it is not without reason e.g. a silly sign and rebelling to show how ridiculous it is. I take it as a kind of metaphor :)
