when someone says something offensive and then says "no offense"

Especially when you're Asian. Whenever I do something wrong people say "Why can't you do this, aren't you Asian?", but when I do something right they say "It's because you're Asian." Can people not judge everyone by where someone was effing born? I worked hard to get where I am right now, it wasn't magically placed in my head.
