Oh there's definitely a decision in there somewhere. Even if lack of knowledge is a contribution, unless the girl is being raped, there is a definite decision there on the part of both contributing parties. I'll let them decide if it was a good or a bad one.

I'm sixteen and I feel so awkward when I have to wait with my baby sister's stroller when my Mom goes into a store. One lady even asked me when I had her.
